- 4 Corbina fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the fish: Pat the Corbina fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat the pan: Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high.
- Cook the fillets: Place the fillets in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily.
- Add flavor: During the last minute of cooking, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish, sprinkle with lemon zest, and serve with a side of vegetables or salad.
