- 4 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
- Dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic, and onion powder.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
